The Phoenixville Area Early Learning Center (PAELC) Home and School Association is a non-profit organization designed to connect the Parents and Guardians of students with PAELC Teachers and Administration to enhance the relationship between home and school. This is achieved through parent education, support of school events, volunteer opportunities and fund raising to support the students and faculty.
