Reporting Absence
If your child is absent, please enter the appropriate information in PickUp Patrol.
Around 10:30am, families of students marked absent will receive an automated call informing them that their child is absent.
Contact the child's teacher to arrange to make up missed work within a 3 day period.
Late Arrival and Early Dismissal
• Students who arrive after 8:55am will be marked late. If your child will be late due to an appointment, please enter the information in Pick Up Patrol as a "Late Arrival." Please bring a doctor/dentist note with you when you drop the student off, or email it to

• Students who are picked up before the school day ends will be marked as an early dismissal. All changes to dismissal should be submitted through Pick Up Patrol before 2:00pm
Attendance Notes
• Parent notes will be accepted per board policy and can be submitted through Pick Up Patrol,
[email protected], or in writing.
• If no absence note is provided within 3 days of the child's return to school, the absence is considered "unlawful"
• If a student is out for 3 consecutive days, a physician's note may be required and can be sent to
